Refund Policy

At Innata Spinal Care, we are committed to providing high-quality care and personalized service to every patient.



Payments for Services:
 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
 

Refunds:
 

Due to the nature of healthcare services, completed chiropractic services, examinations, consultations, therapies, and treatment sessions are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that special circumstances may arise. Refund requests for prepaid services or packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the office.
 

Missed Appointments & Cancellations:
 

We kindly ask patients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
 

Products & Retail Items:
 

Unused retail products may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if returned in original condition and packaging.
